![]() The biggest limitation at Wheelhouse DMG is the growth potential. If you’re the type that is always looking for ways to do something better, faster, easier, or in a more enjoyable way, you’ll love it here. People who do well at Wheelhouse are authentic, motivated, inherently curious and not afraid to change the status quo. We regularly have team members take on new skills, change teams as their career aspirations evolve, and develop new offerings. That’s how so much of our growth has happened over the years - the creativity and innovation of really smart people, regardless of where someone is in the org. He came up with the idea, developed a framework and tested it out and, when it was successful, developed the use cases for when that service is appropriate for a client. We recently had a team member pitch and launch a brand new service. There are no limits to what you can do here, so long as you are willing to put in the work and build a compelling case for your ask. The people at Wheelhouse are some of the smartest, most capable, sincere and authentic people I’ve ever worked with and the culture is a reflection of that. In fact we were able to give raises and bonuses, hire new employees, and several folks were able to buy houses and have kids - all during an otherwise insanely unstable time. When many other agencies were doing layoffs and furloughing employees, we didn’t layoff, furlough or cut salary for a single employee. I think COVID was a “make or break” moment for most company cultures and Wheelhouse was no exception. But what I appreciate most is that everyone from leadership down is well-intentioned and looks out for the best interests of the employees. We make mistakes and have to course correct sometimes. I’m sure you’re tired of reading that by now given that it’s all over the reviews, but it’s true. ![]()
